Customer Service Center / Metrology lab & Calibration lab
To ensure customers' easy access to after-sales service for each product purchased from our company, TIC has five repair service centers located in Taiwan: Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. In 1996, we founded Metrology Lab to extend measuring service to TIC customers. To provide calibration service, a Length Calibration Lab was established in 1997. To warrant best service quality for TIC customers, our service team are ISO-9002 certificated. The establish of customer hot line offers timely solution with customer satisfaction.
