  • 適合不同尺寸的樣品(μm~mm): 激發深度可逼近雙光子雷射的穿透力。

  • 雷射選擇性多,可同時支援六支,適合不同螢光樣品: 405nm, 445nm, 488nm, 515nm, 561nm, 638nm 

Light sheet原理介紹 

  • 激發與接收訊號光路分開,側光激發樣本,90度接收訊號,提升側面的穿透度與解析度,樣品可從微米到毫米的尺寸,彌補一般共軛焦顯微鏡的樣品限制。
