原理說明
SIM的原理是光路中利用有固定空間頻率的柵格(gird)投影在樣品上形成Moiré pattern,利用所得到的影像可以利用軟體計算出未知樣品真實影像。
傳統的SIM需費時轉動與移動光柵捕捉高頻的資訊,Zeiss 最新Lattice SIM 晶格光柵,提升兩倍的訊號效率,不僅可縮短光柵變動的次數,更可以降低雷射激發的能量,達到高速3D攝影,提供diffraction-limited resolution 3D (120 nm in xy and 300 nm in z)!
