Nikon影像處理軟體 〝NIS Element C-ER〞，此軟體能進一步提升Confocal影像的解析力!!

  • 提升Confocal影像的解析力

解析力的定義為可分辨兩點之間的最小距離，理論上光學解析力最小可達200nm. 如下表所示，若使用 NIS Element C-ER，XY軸解析力可提升1.5倍，Z軸解析力則可提升1.7倍.

  • 操作簡單又便利

1460602912.png只要點擊此鍵，軟體即會進行去雜訊(Denoising)並且去澄清化 (Deconvolution)的功能，軟體會根據圖檔自動提供最佳演算數值
